Both are great watches, just prefer the 556 slightly more because I love simple boring watches 😂
I own two Sinn 556's so I'm a bit biased here, but I would love to add the 37mm Spirit to my collection some day soon.
Both great watches though, so you couldn't go wrong with either of them.

Sinn was a great value pick until they increased the prices (last year I think) and now I don’t see the appeal anymore. Still looks good tho.
Tie for me as well. Up to your personal taste. Sinn has more of a tool watch vibe and the Spirit and easily be dressed up or down a little easier.
