A field watch for the ages!

This is my Hamilton Khaki Field with the green dial. I experienced a bit of buyer's remorse after I got it because I fell into that trap where the other variants I didn't choose started looking better. But I've come to appreciate this watch because of it's quality and functionality and not worry so much if I made the right choice. It keeps awesome time and it's a Hamilton!

My KFM 38 white dial is my daily wear. Hamilton makes a good watch at a reasonable price.

That's a 42mm. That's another thing I kinda regretted. But I've definitely grown accustomed to the larger size. I have huge wrists anyway.

I went looking for a Khaki King, and came home with a "Cooper"... After the sticker shock wore off, I started thinking I should have gone for the Field Auto. Fast forward a week, and I realized I made the right choice, the watch is near perfect.

Love it! And green is apparently THE 2022 color, so you were ahead of the curve!

I had the Khaki field 38mm. Sold it after a couple of years. Too much flecto from the sapphire started to bug me. And, the highly polished bezel. I began to ask why? Both things I should've considered before purchasing!

That's a good point. I am definitely am learning to be more fastidious when I shop for watches. I guess ya gotta get burned a few times to figure out what really suits you.

Yeah for sure. Can't argue with the value proposition of Hamilton.

I love my Kahki King all black. Switch the bands it takes on a different personality from field, to sport, to office. These are awesome chameleons that never lose their essence of milspec.

For sure. I've been thinking about throwing mine on a NATO.
