Nice collection!
I am a 3-hander fan, so I would recommend a Lange Saxonia (my favorite), VC Patrimony, JLC Master Ultra Thin or Patek Calatrava as a dress watch. All would fit in your price range and especially the first three are very easy to get, however a Calatrava is also not a high demand watch.
Great collection, been eyeing the AP diver myself. Yet to try one on though. As for a dress watch I agree with @Pascal. I really love the lange saxonia outsize date. Adds som extra life to the dial without making it non-dressy.
