Gargantua

Hamilton Murph: This was a 40th Birthday Present and I love this time piece. I know a lot of people think this is too big but it sits on my wrist perfectly. The best watch to wear in the 5th Dimension.

Nothing wrong with a big watch 💪

Happy belated birthday

·

Gorgeous timepiece, superb film 👏🏻👏🏻😍

·

If it fits you, doesn’t matter. There’s also a smaller version of this.

·

Great looking piece!

·

It is the best "movie watch" hands down. The only one I actually care about being in a movie because of its actual role IN THE MOVIE! Awesome piece!

·

Don’t fall for the whole small watches are better. Are smaller truck better? Are smaller anatomy parts better? Are smaller houses better? Is a smaller bank account better?

The answer to all the question is yes but only sometimes not all the time.

I guess what I am saying is the only thing not better smaller are dogs. Because as Ron Swanson once said, any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are worthless.

I feel the same way about watches.

Congrats and happy birthday!

An iconic movie watch

I thought I could pull off the original Murph. The lugs proved too long to be comfortable on a strap so I bought the factory bracelet that fit. It was better but still too much for my my wrist.

I traded the 42mm and picked up the 38mm. Same look. Better feel on smaller wrists. I’m happy with the 38mm and don’t feel I missed out.

Can’t agree more. I’ve been loving this beauty, my 42mm sits perfectly on my 7 1/4 inch wrist. The 38mm version looked too small on me. The 42mm is slightly pricy than the smaller case diameter model, but I’m happy for the choice. On top of that, I got the second hand morse code print!

It's clearly a upgrade of the classic kakhi field in my opinion.
