There are lots of Longines and Tissots and Seikos and even Tag Heuers that you can get in that price range. For Tag you might be looking at the used market, but that's what I do and I've gotten some great deals.
Also Ball and Alpina. Lots of microbrands.
Baume & Mercier, Montblanc, Armand Nicolet, Doxa, Dubey & Schaldenbrand, Eberhard & Co., Fortis, Maurice Lacroix, Oris, Rado, Alexander Shorokhoff, Askania, Damasko, Ebel, Eterna, Frédérique Constant, Hanhart, Junghans, Kurono Tokyo, MeisterSinger, Mühle Glashütte, Nomos, Sinn, Nivrel, Tourby, Tutima, Christopher Ward, Farer, Epos…

Nomos and Farer keep drawing my attention.
Christopher Ward, a most see in that range. Good selection, lots of options not just divers.
Ball and Longines. Several others but these are 2 of my personal favorites. Amazing quality for the money.
