True, sleep is a weapon! The phone and watch don't disturb me. I do need the watch as it is helping me track my sleep. After many years of disturbed sleep, and as I mentioned, only after a year from stopping rescue helicopters have I been getting consistent sleep scores, which the watch tracks. The ear plugs holding back my wife's snoring also helps. I hope your battle with PTSD goes your way. I have a couple of missions living in my head rent free, which I think less of these days. Keep collecting. Have a peaceful ANZAC Day!
It is set to follow my phone which is not to disturb during core night hours. I did EMS/SAR for many years so now it is really nice to just sleep. Took a year to get that way. The watch even if it had all bells and whistles going could not come close to that. Not intrusive at all. If anything it has shown me how poor my sleep was.
Smartwatch overnight then whatever takes my fancy or fills the need for whatever the day has in store. Evening can also see a relaxed rig with something fancy before smartwatch overnight.
