State of the collection! Suggestions for next piece are welcome

Here is my collection so far!

I am looking for suggestions for a next watch. Currently considering an everyday styled watch (37-42mm) and around the $10K budget (I don't mind going preowned). A bracelet would be nice. Good lume would also be nice! I am thinking this will be a piece I will keep and never sell, so looking for something timeless

I have narrowed my search down to the following (but open to other options):

Zenith Chronomaster Original
Grand Seiko SLGA007 Minamo Lake Suwa (If I can get my hands on this!)
Glashutte Original Seaq 39mm
Glashutte Original Seventies panorama date

Any suggestions are more than welcome!

What your collection says about you can best be summed up by the wise words of the character Russ Hanneman on Silicon Valley:  "This guy f***s!!!  Amirite?"  Awesome collection.  Love the Dynamic, and is that the SBGW231?

As for the next watch, all 4 are amazing choices.

  • The SLGA007 would be mind-blowing, but I suspect they're all long gone at this point (e.g., the GS Boutique in Beverly Hills said that they can't get their hands on one, and have a huge waitlist already)
  • Can't go wrong with the Zenith - it's an absolute stunner, with a movement to match
  • The SeaQ is the best looking diver on the market today
  • The Panorama Date just drips with 70s cool

My suggestion is that you should get all 4.

How about a cartier santos medium/large? Nice integrated bracelet and a sporty yet dressy everyday piece

Oh man... If only I could get all 4.. Don't think I'd want any other watch 😍😅

Yeaup it's the SBGW231. Heard they got discontinued recently, but I'm not 100% sure that's true. Fits like a dream!

And thanks for the nice words!!!

Oh i forgot i actually kinda like the omega globemaster with the white dial.

Love the SeaQ.

I also think you can't go wrong with the Aqua Terra 150m (so many different versions/dial colours/straps, etc): https://www.omegawatches.com/watches/seamaster/aqua-terra-150m/catalog and of course every collection needs a Speedy https://www.omegawatches.com/watches/speedmaster/moonwatch-professional/catalog (even though they're 42mm, I think they wear a bit smaller).

I hate to be "that Vostok guy" but... Yea my suggestion would be a vostok 😂

Great collection! Quick thought on the SeaQ: I recently tried them both on, the 39mm and the panorama date. My conclusion was that the panorama date blows the 39mm out of the water - beautiful movement (that you can see!) vs a closed caseback; 100hr power reserve; and cool/useful double date disks. Only problem is the watch is thicc with two c’s. If you can handle the height, the panorama date can easily be found in your budget.

Welcome, I can suggest any Edifice (I know that's cheap considering your budget but they are really well made)
