Watch Boxes...A lil' help?

When I began collecting, I had few enough watches that a large tackle box served my needs. I now have enough that they really need a proper home to protect them.

Any idea of some inexpensive watch boxes I could get from Amazon or elsewhere? I have close to 70 watches that need accommodating. I know one box that large is not a thing, however, I am cool with stacking a few.

Help me,WC family!

Nice! Quite the collection! I've been looking to upgrade my box as well and I have been looking at the Rothwell watch boxes on Amazon as well as the Rothwell San Francisco website! There are some awesome options for 12 watches 20 watches and more or even for 2 travel watches in a nice little case! Check em out!

Knock off pelican case with pluck foam inserts? Otherwise, you’re not going to want anything one might call inexpensive for that many watches. Could try Craigslist etc for a piece of furniture you can convert.

Any links to knockoff Pelican cases you are referring to? I might add, these will be used for storage and protection only...not travel.

I really need to get to making my own custom solution. Maybe if I say it enough I'll find the motivation.

These 390mm length watch boxes are ideal as it ensures your watches have more space in between each slot, and avoiding them bumping each other.

This 360mm/36cm version is also good with its 4 slots x 3 rows configuration. My current watch box is 310mm long only, thus making my watches prone to bumping each other. To avoid this, I put my 2 biggest watches with big crowns at the rightmost slots.

What brand are these?

Just found them on our local e-commerce platform Lazada. You can surely find something similar on Amazon or AliExpress. Just make sure of the box measurements. That's the key.

I got this table from IKEA.

It serves me well!

Amazon is a good source; I bought a metal briefcase type of watch storge box that hold 27 watches for little dollars a few years ago. It is where I keep the dead quartz Zodiac and Reactor (anybody remember that brand?) collections.

Check out Rothwell, Glenor and Watchboxco for quality affordable watch boxes.

I’m at 75 watches. The automatics are in winders and the others in boxes from Amazon. Glass top insert for a “wooden” box. Cheap but does the job. I stack them. They come in 6’s and 12’s. I have a 6 for my solar watches and it sits on the window sill.
