Long day with a favorite
Snapped a couple of very amature pics after a long day. The Marinemaster 300m is a lovely beast. The dimensions wear smaller than stated. The dial is deep and beautiful. The case finish is Zaratsu & the movement is an old GS movement that's unregulated. Winding this watch is pure pleasure. Watching the seconds hand is therapeutic. Sure the bracelet sucks: we all know this is where Seiko needs to grow the f---k up at this retail 3K + price tag. You will notice my MM300 isn't on that crap bracelet or stock rubber strap. Nuff' said. This watch is one of my top three favorites. Have a great weekend Crunchers!

Wow! Amazing! He liked it. He is interested in flying. The passion is flying. Jets are first on his list. West Point is on his list because he loves Army helos. I think Army calls them helicopters 🙂His first choice is Anapolis. West Point is an incredible school and achievement.

Loving the MM300 as well! Swapped the crappy bracelet out with the one from SLA049 “Naomi Uemura” edition - perfect fit and matching colour and tone because of the Diashield!

Fantastic watch, Fred. There are so many great Seiko models imo you can never get them all. I go back and forth between the MM 300 and 200. Will see what the bonus fairies bring my way next year. Thx for sharing.

Thanks Rich! The 300m is a niche watch IMO. I love the watch BUT it's a monoblock case (tall/thick) . The 200m is beautiful as well. I love the case, finish, dial and movement combo on the 300m. The clasp can be divisive. I think it's as unique to Seiko as the monoblock case is to the 300m & love it. I do like the Crafter Blue strap the best
