I consider myself lucky
Collecting watches (or anything that is by all intents and purposes deemed as "not necessary" by society at large) can be tough. Our significant others, our family, our friends, and even colleagues may not understand the reasoning or logic behind why it is that we do what we do - why we spend time reading about new timepieces, learning about the latest releases, and generally speaking figuring out creative ways to spend our hard earned money on tiny timekeepers that bring joy into our lives.
I consider myself lucky on so many fronts, but the latest front takes place in the fandom that is watches - my wife and I sat down and shot the first episode of a show that we came up with on a whim, for fun, because we enjoy each others company and because we have fun with our respective hobbies. For the past couple of years (since Covid started actually) she's also taken interest in watches, and as you can imagine I lost my mind with joy at the idea of sharing this passion with my significant other.
To keep it short, we have no idea what we're doing, but we're having fun with it, and in this first episode we talk about our favorite and least favorite watches of Watches & Wonders, pick our favorite watches we spotted at the Oscars, and lament the lameness that is April Fool's pranks!

Thanks - glad you enjoyed it! And yes, my wife is the absolute best and I'm well aware of how rare it is to be able to partake in each other's hobbies and have fun while doing it 😀
