I always wear a watch to bed, and prefer one with great lume, often changing watches if I've been wearing a watch without lume during the day. I keep a UV flashlight on my dresser, and fully charge the lume before heading off to bed.
The only time I wore a watch to bed was to keep a Seiko Recraft (with the infernal NON-HANDWINDABLE 7S26 movement) going so I wouldn't have to keep resetting it. Turns out I didn't toss and turn enough so it stopped sometime in the middle of the night.
I definitely could with one of my watches with lume but I got into a bad habit with wearing my apple watch with the rubber strap and using the alarm clock feature to wake me up. Bad habit being dependent on my watch. 😅
I often do because my sleeping pattern is a mess. Watch of choice for this job is Casio Royale because its light weight and i am not afraid of scratching it.
Not the fanciest of collections. Just an amateur enthusiast, with a little interest in some things EDC as well. And tennis. And F1. And nature. And science.

Very impressive lume, I personally don't but with this I can see why
I do wear a watch to bed, and I have a couple of the Islander Aviators, but the watch I wear to bed is my GWM5610.
I do. Always have. Most times a Timex w/Indiglo.
I often wear my Navigator, the tritium is perfect for the dark.

To me, that's the only true test of luminescence. Pitch black room, with your eyes adjusted to it, and let the lume party start!
