Imagine that you want to order a watch made just for you, from any company or watchmaker in the world. Sky is the limit, the price doesn't matter.
My choice: Atelier de Chronométrie Barcelona. A small independent brand that offers custom made pieces in Barcelona (Spain), with highly modified Omega and Venus calibers inside.

Is that your watch? Congratulations 👌🏻

Not mine. It is a grail.
(I can barely take a wrist shot, let alone the casual "hand in pocket" shot.)

Well, it is an awesome grail to have. Mine is a grail too, it is around 80K a custom chrono like that 🤯😂
Akrivia or Dufour. Time only. In a rose gold case. Some guilloche work on the dial would be preferable. White/Black/dark blue dial colour. If it’s a white dial then I’d want it smoked (I wouldn’t want it to be brilliant white). Either Breguet numerals or no numerals. I don’t mind if they’re applied or printed. I may be open to an enamel dial. If they can incorporate a sector dial design then great, if not it’s not a dealbreaker. If it’s thin enough, I’ll have a hunter caseback. I would also need to see a mock up/sketch of the movement design too. I want them to Anglage the sh!t out of the plates and bridges. Max lug to lug: 44mm (I trust them to work their proportions to that). Drilled lug holes. I‘d be open to either centre seconds or small seconds or no seconds. It would need to come with two straps - black and brown (with quick change springbars). It would also have to be a unique piece - never to be made again.
I need to lie down now and buy some lottery tickets…also, one kidney is enough to function, right??

Sarpaneva for me too!
Roger Smith Series II
+1 Dufour but I have a real lust for a Laurent Ferrier Galet, and a piece unique would be pretty sweet.

It's very cool to see how planned you have all the details, you have really thought about the perfect watch for you, and that deserves all my respect 👌🏻
