I would have preferred a 40mm or 38mm case, but the dial and case profile are spot on, love the vintage logo without the year too. Any thoughts?

I just saw an article on this reissue, I have to say it's a nice looking piece, but a little over priced.
I think its beautiful! But at 42mms in diameter, definitely too big for a vintage reissue in my humble opinion. That being said, as the article suggests, Tissot's mass market isn't too keen on smaller sizes🥲🤷🏽♂️
this reissue is just amazing... the dial with the old logo, the crown. Everything is nice 👍. maybe it is a little bit expensive. Tissot is definitly a very good brand. I personnaly have the tissot Le locle.
I think it looks really nice! great alternative to the omega chronoscope

It is true that around 1500 would have been better than 2K, but the size is my "issue" with this watch

This watch in 38mm or even 40mm would have been amazing

That old logo is wonderful right?

You are right, well spotted!
Now this is a Tissot logo I can get behind 👌
I'm with the vast majority here, if they had stuck to the original case dimensions I think the watch would do really well, but 42mm is just to big for a vintage inspired watch. 38mm and I would even consider the watch myself.

Our wallets will thank Tissot for making it 42mm then

Agree, Lefty! This looks nice. Glad (?) it’s too big!
Too damn big. Ugh.

Agreed, at 38 this would have been troubling my wallet, at 42 they’ve saved us!
Really like the overall design and dial a lot here. They could’ve done worse.
The watch is 15mm thick. If the watch were 38-40mm, then everyone here would be complaining about it being too tall and top-heavy. Tissot needs access to a slimmer, probably manual wind only, chronograph movement from ETA.
The old logo is sublime! With the lug to lug I think I could pull this off, but it's still a big case.
Nice watch but probably a bit larger than I’d like. White dial watches always wear larger visually but at least the dial design with is telemetre ring and minute track might limit that. I wish say is that wish Tissot would uses this logo or the T logo (on the crown) on all their pieces - it’s far better than their current logo.
Best looking Tissot I've seen in a minute.
Theoretically I agree about the size, but I wonder if the loss of dial area from a 4mm reduction in diameter would make it too cramped?
Also caught my eye. Very elegant piece

Yeah, I get you, that is quite a busy dial for a 38mm case, I would have chosen 40mm instead
15mm thick. No thanks.
Gorgeous watch. I think they should have done a monopoussior instead of the traditional 2 pusher setup.
Man, what a beauty! I'm digging the vintage vibe, and I'm enjoying the throwbacks from many of the brands. How does it wear?

It is gorgeous, and it seems to be an amazing piece, but if you wanna know how it wears you may need to ask the people at Monochrome watches (not my watch) 😂

Ha! Missed that part!😂
Yes indeed its a beautiful watch.
Damn! Way to go, Tissot!
I would definitely go go for it if it's true to its og size, aka 37mm
Love the watch, execution and I don’t have a Tssiot - on my list to buy!
