Paul I believe you are suffering from the aforementioned. It’s probably the first severe case of this disease and now it’s been documented in your discription, I take that as your official testimony.
The WHO should be alerted so not the spread through the world because we all know,

Goldgious fever is real, please remember to self medicate and exposure to gold should be in very low PPM.( parts per million)

I’m really glad you got a good laugh out of that one. I didn’t know if I was taking the joke too far but I was just having so much fun with it that I just kept going. I probably killed the joke; murdered it a few more times and then left it on the side of the road, but it was all in good fun. I’m definitely afflicted and the contagion is still spreading!
