Midnight post on a Chillin' Casiotron Sunday.
Taking macro shots close glimpse at the watch, nothing is more beauty than going back in time with a tune.
Here’s a groove of an 80's City Pop track for this today.

City Pop goes hella hard. One of my fav albums is Notoya's Tokyo 1980s Victor Edition.

Welp, now I gotta wait til sundown to go cruising downtown to some of these beats. with a Casiotron.
This is a super fancy watch!
Lovely very nice 👌
You got one? Lucky you! I would have loved to try one, but they sold out in a heartbeat!

That's a solid pick. It's unfortunate that the King 'Tatsuro Yamashita's' albums are hard to find due to copyright restrictions on his music. I would have loved to share tracks and albums like 'Right On Time' and many others that I've enjoyed.
I'd say my shared favorite for now is Takako Mamiya's 'Love Trip'.

It features such soothing tunes and perfectly timed beats that you can't even imagine how beautiful her tracks are. Take a second glance at the album artwork.. It's truly out of this world. This album stands alone, questioning the internet of wondering how she's been lately...

Thanks sam! It is like a luxury piece that leaves you in a corporate world out of OCP from Robocop!😎

One of the 4000.😉 I managed to purchase it from the official store after monitoring it. That took several weeks of waiting for a restock after the initial batch. They're still probably releasing them gradually in phases. It took me sometime to pick one up yes, until when it displays the to 'Add To Bag' again, i quick trigger on the availability. Perhaps receiving an email notification would also be helpful. Just don't miss the opportunity when you really up for it.

Thanks ed!

Loving it already. I'm gonna have to save it for when I head out again at night in my little 80s cruiser. Also was nice to see Plastic Love finally get an official video after what, 35 years?

Way to go man. The second time, yet another takedown on 'Plastic Lover channel' YouTube due to their copyright algorithm is already a let down.
Perhaps the music video could serve as another chance to revive a musical gem from Mariya Takeuchi's repertoire, demonstrating to the internet that she indeed listens to her fans and values their support👍

By the way, given our appreciation for Patrick Nagel's artwork and affinity for 80s and retro aesthetics, I'm excited to share that the album artwork is crafted by the artist Hiroshi Nagai. Another good stuff, his art style primarily focuses on cityscapes and landscapes that you may recognize from somewhere. Unconventional sources, to say the least. 😉

Yep Nagai is a living legend. There's a book that came out in Japan of his work that I was trying to find at one point. I think it had a limited print run so only used copies came up. Can't remember the name - I might have to try looking again.
