Hardly worn a G-Shock these days as I'm preferred with analog and auto mechanical.
I am back with this once again, reminding myself that I have found something truly distinctive and rarely seen worn.
It's a discontinued model, G-Shock G-5500-1.
It exudes a futuristic dark sci-fi aesthetic reminiscent of the 1980s and that's what I loved about its looks. 252/365

very nice . Was thinking, has “ art deco” ever been used to qualify a G-shock ?

Depends on how you see it.*Edited- This won't qualify as 'art deco' design to me as it is more futuristic and cyberpunk robust look into. It might be interesting if their line offers focus on that sort of stuff.🤔

I'm not too much into G-shock but I love these. Need to add it to the list.

You can still find today and pick one up on Ebay. Comes in variant with the model but mine exact, its a little hard to find a perfect condition.
Isn't this the legit original mudman? Looks incredible

Thanks! Yes, its no surprise that I found it is relatively to do with the mudman that goes back to 1985 and its origins. This one I'm wearing is a 2006 version of the original 1985 'G-Shock II' as the nickname applies to the G-shock lines.
