MJW Knockoff!

Would never have expected to see an AliExpress clomage version of A Perfectly Useless Afternoon, but here we are. There's something almost flattering about one of these unethical manufacturers taking a break from aping Tudors and what have you, and instead copying something with so much quirky personality. But come on, folks: genuine MJW watches don't cost a ton, and supporting the company should be a no-brainer.

They could've skimped and used some generic case, but they mocked it up too! I think the real crown is a little more recessed though.

Oh brother 🙄

The Chinese copying everything continues unabated. No shades of gray on this copy. I know many here don’t mind, but I think it’s shady (as ya’ll know)

So very much agree, buy it from MJW and help a British startup and the artist that designed it.

Sweet fancy Moses!!!!

Kind of a badge of honor in a way..I mean as a micro you get homaged/cloned, that means you must be doing something right, right? 🤷🏻

Look at the San Martin Helm Vanuatu clomage.

I was wondering why the king of spades suddenly showed up on ebay. Good to know to avoid.

·

No company is safe from clones

The case is spot on which is making me think they might try to fake other designs too.

Those colours are gross too 🤢

On Aliexpress you can get whatever watch and item you can think of literally……😂😂😂

Somebody told me about them last week when I was going to buy the real one which was out of stock.

Real ones back in stock now 😎

·

Shoot, they copy Casio, Citizen and Seiko too, so I'm not shocked.

·

Don’t buy from them. It’s theft of ideas. AliExpress is garbage.
