The Murph

I bought this 38mm murph and watched the movie again and loved both. Now I was listening to GreenLight narrated by the man himself!

It’s not that bad… I liked hearing it in his own voice

If I had a bigger wrist, I’d go for the 42 as well just for the second hand with Morse code

This is their Best.

·

Great looking watch, get mine tomorrow with a bit of luck

·

I think 38mm is the best size for this reference!! Congrats!!!

·

Beautiful watch & fantastic film, definitely one of my favourite films. Up there with 2001, And Astra, Moon and many other sci-fi greats. Brilliant 👍🏻👍🏻

·

38 looks great! Best Hamilton by far IMO.

·

Looking good!

·

How do you like the dial numeral appearance? I’ve been hesitant on getting this watch because they seem a bit dark compared to the bright white numerals on my Khaki Field Auto. Let me know your impressions. Thanks

·

Love ❤️ this watch so much. Still my most worn watch and so versatile with straps!

·

Amazing Watch.. and good d choice putting on the NATO.. I didn’t like the strap it came on and did the same :

I'd have been all over the 38mm, if they hadn't gone with 18mm lugs.😢

They’re actually 20mm

Really? I always thought they looked wider than 18, but I've never seen the lug width listed on any retailer's website, and the one YT review I saw claimed 18. I think I may have to go and jump on one, as a couple of UK retailers currently have them on sale. Cheers!.

Yeah. I thought it would be 18 when it came out .. but it’s 20mm and that sealed the deal for me. The proportions on this thing are absolutely perfect. Wears amazing. It’s one of those watches that u can dress up and down. And also one that u put on and find urself wearing for like a whole week straight before even thinking of swapping it for something else in ur collection

They look perfect, this reference is better with the khaki numerals

This. The movie is unbearably turgid and dumb. It literally took me all day to watch as I kept falling asleep every ten minutes. Honestly the first 45 minutes or so were pretty good, but then they find Anne Halftheway underground and it gearshifted into excruciatingly dull nonsense where you kept thinking there would be a payoff at some point but it never happened. Never again, Nolan. It's a handsome enough watch though.
