I am an italian seafarer, I am tired of the level of toxicity in Facebook watches groups and “usual” communities.
I travel a lot, not only for work, but also with my bike; my wife is an incredibly important part of my life, we share everything: wind and rain on the bike and a good amount of passion for wrist watches; we own a bit of everything: some expensive and cheap watches, but each single one of them is connected to an event because we started to buy a watch every time something we found important happened in our lives; I hope I can find the same here in WC, I would like to hear the story behind a watch instead of the specs, easily available on google.
She loves it, although she agrees the white date window is not a perfect fit for the watch, the smile that appears on her face every time she looks at it is the perfect answer to your question
I totally understand your struggle regarding the white dial and the movement, but I would go for the CW: being 51 yo the big orange arrow would be a big help to read the second time zone without spectacles and the green dial is gorgeous, plus I have to add the Baltic reminds me a lot the Timex GMT, no intention to belittle this watch I know their quality is great, but from distance I would think is the Q diver.
