Yes the shoes the shirt, everything will be remembered. this may come from working in the fashion industry, but there are points where pieces become synonymous with moments in my life wether important or not. I can tell you exactly the outfits I was wearing and the season it was released especially if I did something memorable in them. it’s not so much trying to create memories with inanimate objects, but those ojbects just happen to be there while the memories are getting made, thus forming that unique association. but as far as “Appropriate attire”goes, that is definitely subjective, so if you would excuse me i’m going to enjoy a day at the beach in my black socks and florsheims.
