NorCal Summerfest Gathering?!
Hey all!
So I’ve been planning a bigger meet up with Artpordiaz for the SF Bay Area in the summer which involves the following:
Appetizers hors d'oeuvres
Drinks (non alcoholic)
Group of 30 people max
Bowling (1 lane for 1 hour)
Private room for the group
Weekend date 3-4 hours
PRICE PER PERSON / $75-85
To make this happen I’ve contacted Pinstripes in San Mateo California. Here’s the catch it’s roughly $2-2.5k to reserve such a venue and the deposit is roughly half of that up front to reserve the date.
I’m wondering if people would be down to do this?
We could always go to a whatever restaurant but my biggest fear with watch meet ups is always security and feel like having a private room is the best thing to ensure we are all safe with our prized possessions.

Summers are tough to commit to for me. There’s always some surprise camping trip, or go to grandma’s weekend, or other relatives we have to visit somewhere before school starts back up that I don’t remember or know about until the day before. I know I sound like I’m making excuses, but this is why I haven’t voted yet.
This is still a possibility for anyone looking into this event. Once @artpordiaz and I finish up the Wine & Watches event next weekend Ill start planning this out. Unfortunately it would be around 80-$100 /per person but itll include food, drinks , bowling etc.
