NorCal Episode VI: Wine & Watches Meetup
Good Evening All NorCal Members!
Consistency is key so let’s keep the ball rolling. Last event we had 25 members meet up at Toppers Jewelers and we hope to maintain the same turnout!
+NorCal Episode VI: Wine & Watches
+Location: Retzlaff Vineyards, Livermore California
+RSVP: Mandatory so we can figured out how to plan the space.
+Prices: $15/ per person + the wine bottle split amongst all of us (minimum is probably 3-4 bottles for every 6 persons).
+Food: there will be food onsite for purchase.
+Picnic table will be set up like before.
+Games: @artpordiaz will start his master plan for games!
+Music: this winery always has live music!
Bring your watch boxes out and let’s talk stories. Hope to see y’all there and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to DM me!

Good Morning Everyone! I actually spent my Easter at Retzlaff on Sunday and had a blast with my family. I spoke with Emily who is our event coordinator and have everything set up for the day. As far as bottle minimum etc for our group. It will be 1 bottle per person and it does not have to be opened for the day.

I am a club member now so we can maximize the discounts for this venue. There will be 15% discount if I paid for all the wine for the day. Preferably we want to set this up before the event so we dont have to worry about this minimum. Once you specifically know what youd like please DM me so we can sort this out both logistically and financially.
FOOD: They will have a caterer on site like the last event where we can buy food etc as needed. We can also bring in food if we like (pizza, cheese board etc)
KIDS: Unfortunately this will be an adult only event since if we had kids , we will need to have a "bar server" to ensure no minors are given any wine etc.

Yup that’s exactly where’d you’d wanna fly into. Would stay in Livermore Pleasanton Dublin area for the evening etc to make a trip out of it. Few other wineries to visit.

I got 13/20 people’s wine order choice. Once I get the final 7 I will draft each members cost with my discount and collect the final funds.

I have everyones order for the event and have sent it to Emily at Retzlaff. Shell be back in the office Monday and will send me the final invoice with the 15% discount + additional fees as needed that same day.

Thank you everyone for responding to this event. I sent everyone the wine bottle price via discount + sales tax + fees to cover the group our size. Weather is looking beautiful that day and cant wait to see old faces and new ones specially!
