From what I've heard, this appears to be quite normal for these types of unregulated midrange movements. I've had similar experiences with most of my Miyotas and NH-35s.

Hope it stops Round +2 per day  😂

That is also my experience. They may fluctuate initially. I don't even worry about it until I have worn them for a while.

I think so; give it a week or so to settle in.

·

i have had movements settle after being worn for about three weeks. Most recently, a nh36 went from about +20 to  settling around +10, and an eta 2824 went from around +8 to 0. Definitely give it a little time and it should settle down

Keep in mind that the state of wind will affect accuracy so it should keep the best time once it gets to full wind.

My SARX055 started at +25 but has settled into about +4. That’s the most variation I’ve seen yet.

·

Wow so it seems pretty common. i feel like the variance changed every time I hack/reset the time. lubricants I’ve read that somewhere before. Well the watch hasn’t stopped in 3 weeks be interesting to know what it settles to.

I was pretty worried I had a real lemon. But it was shipped to me during a big winter storm, and it was actually delayed a day, and probably sat in a FedEx truck in extremely cold temperatures for quite a while. So that may explain the drastic change.

Sounds likely, it near froze solid by the sounds of it!
