Beautiful 😍! Up until May of 2023 I had never purchased a watch under 42mm. I came across and bought a Vulcain Cricket Alarm at 34mm and surprisingly (to me) it didn't look or feel weird. It actually looked fantastic and dare I say perfect.
Since then I've gotten another 34 mm Vulcan and several under 40mm. It has been refreshing. Have a good day Chis.
Forget the size - I want to know that font isn’t used more often (and the ones in the sub dial)! 😍
That is the thing - these types of watches have the best typefaces, and you just cannot get them anymore unless you want to get your hands dirty. I paid £40 for this total - which is a good deal by my standards (£5–£95 vintage bangers). This is the horological equivalent of staying in one’s lane.

I don’t like it. I don’t like it when people take my advice and get “better” quality vintage watches. I love it. Carry on.
If you ever drop to a 28-30mm field, then I’ll know I’ve done my job properly.

He’s being sarcastic. Saying it’s a great looking watch. I concur.
