San Martin SN040-Is that rust??
Offered a good deal on this for $135. Want to pull the trigger, but I can not tell if this watch has rust on it? What do you guys think? Does some of those spots look like rust, or is it just some sweat funk on it?

Looks like regular wrist cheese to me, you can see the rubber strap also has some rime on it.
Probably not rust.
But anything with that amount crap caked on it is a no go for me-even after cleaning. I'd rather spend the extra for a new one.
Gross 🤮 I don’t understand why people don’t clean their watches. I can’t go more than two days than cleaning my watch. Disgusting. That’s a biohazard. If you do buy it, I’d wear some gloves while opening it. Give that thing a much need warm water bath with plenty of hand soap. Ewww

Just clean and desinfect it with isopropyl alcohol and sticks, that’s it.
That‘s not a good deal for a watch of the sub $200 category that looks like it’s been worn to death.
Can't believe it's rust. #sanmartin is good at QC.
