Sure, there's not much to it. The DD Sapphire was purchased from Tokeilab. I already have a cheap crystal press, so all I had to do was take off the case back, release the crown, take out the movement/dial, and press out the OEM Hardlex. The original crystal gasket was still in tact and not that old, so I reused it. Pressed the new crystal in, and put everything back together. I only messed with it because the Hardlex had gotten scratched.

Although the double dome is particularly difficult to photograph. When in some water, the double dome makes the dial really stand away from the chapter ring for a cool visual effect. I replaced the original crystal on my first generation monster and my summertime pics of that watch are always pretty fun.

Awesome, I'll have to check it out. I just went swimming a couple of weeks ago for the first time this year, but I was wearing my eco-drive so it could get some sun. I'll have to wear the turtle next time! 💯 Thanks for the "tip". 😁
