Tudors New? FXD

So only a few hours ago Tudor released a new variant of the FXD, and I’m not gonna lie I’m disappointed. While this is a cool new version of an already dope watch I just feel the lead up to this drop was super underwhelming and not really necessary. With some of the build up leading to the drop I was expecting a smaller ranger or a new updated BB58 but one can only hope for a 36mm ranger😭

I’m the meantime what do you guys think of the “new” FXD?

Definitely feel that as well I like it I think it’s better looking than the blue version but I don’t see myself buying one.

Civvy version of this one apparently.

·

It’s the MN FXD with all the interesting bits removed.

Should sell like hot cakes.

·

I love it yes, but I still prefer the original Pelagos in its 42mm with bracelet

It’s not something I’d be interested in either. I was hoping for something without snowflakes. How many snowflake watches can I have ? :)

Thanks for that link. The seal team connection makes this watch much more interesting to me. I would have pass by this thinking it was just a boring color variation release without any story to tell.

·

Typical Tudor, a bit boring

·

I like it……… I’d probably buy the blue one still but this is fine…..

·

I like it by not enough to change what I plan to purchase in the future. Nice addition to the line up

Oh wow this puts the watch in a whole new light now.

See I personally like the snowflakes really makes a Tudor watch a Tudor imo

Totally agree I plan on buying a bb58 blue or ranger so this definitely won’t make me change my mind but it definitely is cool and I’m sure the people who get will enjoy it much much more than I ever would maybe if I was a diver I’d grab one 🤷🏾‍♂️

I do not dislike the snowflakes and I already have 3 Tudor in my watch box. I need a little bit of variety in my watch box tho. I do not want all my watches to be equipped with snowflakes.

That’s fair

I want a 39mm Pegaos FXD. When will they release one?

·

Having read the article about the connection with US Navy seals I find the release itself much more interesting!

I still want the blue one though!

Original Pelagos on the new FXD strap would be pretty cool

Yea I just read it not to long ago definitely makes this a more intriguing release

A 39mm FXD is definitely buy. I could totally see Tudor releasing one this year since they’ve been on an FXD craze lately so I wouldn’t put it past them to drop one at some point

·

It’s nice, better than previous FxD.

·

Ho hum 😴

I do like their strap offerings on it.

·

What do I think of it? Well... my dislike for the traffic sign for a hand is well documented on the Crunch.

Yes, it makes a Tudor BB unique, but that's not a reason to like it & not everyone has to like it.

·

I really like this - looks like the Pelagos 39s bigger brother.
