Got the Call for the BB Pro today!
What's is yalls thought on the Black Bay Pro. What do you think about the price and if it has good vaule for 4000 usd. Is it really a tool watch? Let me know how yall feel about it.

If you had to pick up a gmt what would it be ?
I have my name on the list as well, I think about what I’ll say when I get the phone call. My 2 biggest problems are the faulty date wheel which shouldn’t be acceptable on any watch.
And it’s a lot of money.

I never give GMT complications much thought. Nothing against them, I’m just not in need of tracking a second time zone. I like the looks of them fine I just prefer a 3 hander.

Congrats. The Pro is the only watch in the current Tudor Line up that I fancy owning. In my mind defiantly a tool watch and a great everyday wear, assuming you're not somebody who spends his life behind a desk and keyboard. The Pro bleeds the outdoor I can take anything you throw at me vibe

Question do you have any other black divers. I liked the pelagos but didn't want to have another black diver. I have the bb 58 gilt and skx007 so for me It just felt like to much black.

I have an Oris Aquis calibre 400 with black bezel and anthracite gradient dial, but I just got it. Its the only black watch I have. I may end up passing on the Pelagos if/when I get the call, for the same reason you stated. Already have a black diver.
I do have two blue divers, but thats the only redundancy in color for my divers...and not by my choice. The second was a gift from the Mrs.

Those caliber 400 seem great how r u liking it. I'm familiar with the regular aquis. My best bro has it and I've borrowed it.

Haven't had it that long yet to give an honest answer. I learned a few things though. It takes 4 to 5 days of daily wear to get the power reserve fully charged to five day. That or 210 turns of winding.
Great timepiece. Love the historical nod to the 1655 and the 39mm size. Yes, it is a little thicker than some watches, but it wears really well given that a good chunk of the height is the domed crystal. Overall, a very cool piece for $4k.
