Was helping the in laws clear out some things and came across this. I don’t know anything about it and just wanted to see if anyone here recognises it.

Just found out that my mother in law’s Dad was a J&J supplier so that’s probably what it was thanks.

Pretty sure it’s a watch my wife’s grandfather got when he was a supplier to Johnson & Johnson, thanks to @Aurelian, @yani365 and @FlashF1R3 pointing it out so it is definitely vintage, probably 70’s or 80’s.
I worked for a J&J unit earlier in my career. It’s a sales commission attainment award-the cleverly named Watch Club. Can’t remember the specifics on qualifications but this is mine, earned in the mid-90s.

Solved, I see. I did spot the Johnson & Johnson logo and figured it was promotional or reward related.
A college friend, tolerant of my watch nerdiness, sent me a pic of a Boeing watch he received for a longevity milestone, back when Boeing was a (positively) storied company.

Not as impressive in the ‘oughts, as smartphones were ascendant. The watch was not rebranded, just engraved on the clasp
