TUTIMA Watches

Has anybody on WC have any experience or ownership views of the Tutima seven seas M2?

I am seriously considering one of these as my first German watch. I like the aesthetic of this piece just would like some inside knowledge on the strap v bracelet and fit / quality

I'm currently on the orange dial with strap but the blue will be the other contender. Thoughts Please

I don't have that particular model but the Tutimas I own are very well made.

I've never heard of this brand but like the look of them very much! Thankyou for raising my awareness. I will do some research. Sorry I couldn't impart any knowledge of them though!

from everything i have read and watched via some of the watch youtubers, they seem to be a solid well-built German machine. I really love the German styling and this toolish watch style suites 80 percent of my daily wear. I also like the understated / under the radar thing they have.

I have recently started looking at Sinn watches ,made from U boat steel

yes some of their model lines carry the U boat steel. Sinn are excellent watches and i like many of the models they offer. For now, i am liking the Tutima and their offerings the more

If you are looking at Tutima, you should also look at Muhle Gashutte.  Both are firmly in that middle range German sweet spot below A Lange and GO.  Buy preowned an save a lot of money because the depreciation is high on these.

I like the orange one.

I've never had a Tutima, but all of the ones that I've handled have been very nice for the $.

John I agree. I have been checking out the Sar in the muhle Glashutte brand. Its gets good reviews. But I feel i need to see one in the metal and annoyingly I do not have a dealer anywhere close to me

Good day. Would you consider selling your Pacific 670?

Not a chance.

I've had it over 20 years and it's not going anywhere.

Hi!

I'm new to WC and just stumbled across your post.

I have owned this beauty for about 2 months and I love it sooo much. The watch is just so well made and it feels so comfortable on the wrist. It's made of titanium which makes it very light. Together with the water resistance of 50ATM and the Day-Date window, it is just a great everyday companion.

You have to be careful with the colours because they look different (better!) in real life than on Tutima's homepage. It's probably best if you take a look at the watch at a dealer.

What I really like about the dark blue version is that the bottom of the hands and the date window match the dial colour.

I can recommend this watch 100% and I am sure you will enjoy wearing it!

@Bjoern firstly welcome to WC. Your find many watch lunatic's on here.  many thanks for your comments on this piece and brand. Glad to hear that they are as good as the reviews suggest. Have you had an experience with the strap ? Also what is your wrist size pls? I love the look of the orange dial but realistically this blue is a more versatile option for me. I think the flat blue and white hands markers is just 👌 Her in doors thinks the orange is too much also.

I will be pulling the trigger on a Tutima this year. I have my eye on a grand fliegar also 🙄

Thank you so much @Mastiff.

The bracelet is really beautiful and very well made. It feels very good on the skin and there is no annoying rattling. Since I really use the watch like a toolwatch and wear it every day. A few fine scratches have formed on the strap, but that doesn't bother me. The clasp is also very well made and holds tight. It has a diver's extension with 4 micro adjustments. My wrist size is 17cm (~6.7in).

The orange dial also looks great, but I haven't seen it in real life yet. The matte deep blue harmonises very well with the white and the red second hand is a nice eye-catcher.

You certainly won't regret buying one of these watches!
