Which watch manufacturer is geographically closest to you?
I personally think it's really cool to have a watch manufacturer close by especially when you really like the watches 😁
For me that's Steinhart.
A controversial brand for some but for me they give me the oppertunity to experience some finely made watches for a fair price and honestly we don't have to discuss the homage topic again right?
I had a lot of fun visiting their showroom in Augsburg and the shopping experience was amazing. They gave me as much time as i wanted looking at every single watch available, let me put them on my wrist, walk around, walk outside to see the dial in proper daylight and all that!

Seiko/Grand Seiko, Japan is a quick 90min flight from Korea. Am trying to go on a tour soon!
All brands located in Glashütte: Nomos, Glashütte Original, A. Lange & Söhne, Moritz Grossmann, Bruno Söhnle, Union Glashütte and, last but not least, the German Museum of watches.

It was a close-run thing between Bremont, Farer and Christopher Ward.
And Christopher Ward was closest by 5 miles.

Not sure about geographically closest but I visit Belfast quite regular visiting family and Nomadic watch company has a small but unique spin on their watches. Take a look

I am here north of Dallas TX and there is micro brand company #jackmason. They make some beautiful watches and it's a cool place to visit if in town.
