I gifted a couple of watches I no longer wore to friends that I know would wear them because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of selling the watches that had little financial value.
Good thing you are not interested in maximizing profits unfortunately you will take a big hit when selling used affordable watches. If I were in your shoes I would keep the watch or donate it to a friend or family member.
If you insist on selling, you can sell your watch on eBay, chrono24, Reddit,sell your watch to watch /jewelry store(I don’t know if I can name drop some.) Hell you can even pawn it if you like.
