I don't think I've ever seen an arched digital display like that, at least not on a watch.
Why does the bezel go numerically counterclockwise, why are there two 0-60 indices sets, and why have a rotating bezel if there is a digital chrono?

FWIW, the Omega Speedmaster X-33 originally featured an arched digital display similar to that.

I am not sure about the reverse order on the bezel. Maybe for a quick hands free countdown timer?
