What skin diver are you choosing?

Now that Patek announced all its current models are surface swimmable and dive capable to 30 meters, what would you rather wear to the pool?

Is there another option??

The heft of the Rolex should help with cannonballs.

I choose B.

Gold looks great with a tan. Hot blonde in a bikini at the pool walks up to you and asks "Is that a Rolex?" You answer "Yes, yes it is a Rolex and it looks great with your tan." As you hold it up to her skin. Your foot is now in the door. 😂 If you're married it looks great with your wife's tan.

Only watch I would purposely enter the water with would be one of my G-shocks.

Let me finish the story…. The watch is so heavy that your left arm becomes hugely disproportionate to your right arm. At first she doesn’t mind but then she thinks you look freaky, so she divorces you, takes half your cash and runs off to marry a man with a normal Sub now that you have educated her on watches 😂

I'm gonna come out and admit that although I've heard the term "skin diver" many times, I have absolutely no idea what it is.

This is the only skin diver I would use in water. Everything else is just not sufficient.

I'm a big baller so I would have one on each wrist. 😂 In reality you get married so you quit wearing it as much so your arms stay even. You're still married until death do you part. 😂

Both hideous, but I'd probably get weighed down & drown with that gold abhorration

It’s an activity that involves putting on a wetsuit, mask and diving tanks and plunging into the ocean or lake and exploring underwater. It’s an expensive sport, but rewarding. Jacques Cousteau helped develop the Aqualung, as the system for breathing underwater is sometimes called.

Let’s be fair, the question is kinda sarcastic.

What sort of idiot would wear a Patek in the pool?

And what sort of extreme idiot would be caught wearing that Rolex abomination?

Yeesh!

Still, it is an amusing question 😂

Imagine out in the ocean with that big chunk of gold on and a bunch of different fish attack you because it's shiny looking like a lure or bait fish. 😂

I mean who needs weights to submerge...just pop that Rolex hunk of gold on your wrist and you're headed to the bottom of the Mariana Trench to see this guy...

Neither is a skin diver.

Are you high?

Do you think it's enough to take a dive in the Mariana Trenches? 🤔
