Rubber strap all the way. I find the SMP bracelet nasty.

All depends on which 300 .
Rule #1: Always go for the OEM bracelet. You can always swap it out for a strap later, but once the bracelet is out of production, you will never get your hands on it. Even if you can, it will cost you more than just getting the watch on the bracelet to begin with. Trust me -- I have learned this the hard way.
I swap mine onto a rubber strap, a Milanese bracelet or occasionally a leather strap, but always end up back on the Omega bracelet.
For me, it's the best choice.
