Iwantastrap.com Issues

Does anyone have any experience with Iwantastrap.com?  I ordered a strap and clasp over a week ago and nothing.  They processed my order and have my money, but they have not shipped the order. I have emailed them three times and I have not heard back from them.  Are they just slow?  Should I be worried I will never get my order?  this is very frustrating.

From a quick look att heir website it looks like a one man show.

And a no refund policy??

I purchased from them last year. I purchased it on May 13 and it shipped on May 30. So, yes, it is slow. I did not email him, so I have no first hand experience on how he responds to emails.
