Affordable Moon Phase Watch Suggestions?

My spouse told me today that they would like to get a watch with a moon phase but we don’t have a big budget for watches each year. Any suggestions for a half descent quartz watch with a moon phase? Something less than 200 or so USD would be best, any much more than that and they would not go for it. I have been searching and have only really found something half decent from Timex so far. I am not very plugged in as far as microbrands go but I know there has to be something better than what shows up on google. Appreciate any help I can get, thanks WC!

Their prices will be going up soon as per an email they sent me. See this post: https://www.watchcrunch.com/JapanExclusive/posts/affordable-watch-news-14335

If you have to wait, I would say try your luck on Amazon or another grey market retailer.

This is above you cited budget, but at 350USD, a Swiss mechanical moonphase watch with sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, exhibition case back, a decent 50m WR and perfect dimensions is a great bargain and you may want to consider this budget stretch.

I’ve been drawn to Glycine a lot this month. Crazy good value for what they’re making. Sheesh!
