Finally my Seiko SSK GMT
I’m really happy to get this Seiko! After some thought and research, I finally got my Seiko SSK003 GMT. I didn't have the Seiko SKX, and I know this one is just inspired by it, but I really liked the news it brought to the Seiko Sports line, which was the replacement of the “day date” for the cyclops and the GMT function with a Red hand and also the 24h bezel covered by the glass, resulting in a better finish. The jubilee bracelet similar to the SKX is very comfortable, is not perfect but at this price range is pretty honest and beautiful. I believe this watch is already a classic brings us the GMT function in a new and more affordable way. What a cool watch!

Great choise! I’m of course a bit biased having the same watch myself. I missed the SKX009/007 train and went for the SKX013 which I found to small (for a diver). I was really pleased when Seiko launched their GMT line.

Thanks man! I was waiting if Seiko would release a Pepsi bezel version, but I don’t think they will. But I also really liked this blue color with the red GMT hand. I also missed the SKX, and this one can be a bit closer. The black version is also very nice!
I also like the entire Seiko 5 line. The blue and red Bezel especially!
Super cool watch, since I got it on Monday, I've just been wearing it, my other watches are off in the watch box 😆.

I have the black one and it is probably my favorite of my collection. One day I think these might be revered almost as highly as the SKX’s for the reasons you mentioned! Congrats on the purchase and enjoy your new watch!

Hope you get as much enjoyment as I do out of mine. Have the orange sunburst and it gets the most wrist time of my collection. Love what Seiko did with the subtle bezel two tone as well with these watches.
Finally, these wear amazing on the bracelet or rubber or Nato. Have fun choosing different options.

In my case the gateway for automatic was another Seiko, the SNK809, I’m still love it.
