I've done a few that were pretty straight forward. It takes some patience and a steady hand. Most of these movements change rate/beat pretty wildly with a small adjustment, so there may be a good amount of trial and error as you get the feel for making tiny nudges

Well this has been interesting. I ordered a new de-magnetizer, and it was defective. I returned it and ordered another one, and this one works.
It turns out the watch was magnetized. But, sadly, after demagnetizing it, it was running even more slowly in every position for an average rate of somewhere around -15 seconds/day.
That annoyed me, so I strategically re-magnetized it until I got the following results:
I know this isn't the ideal way to do it since it's non permanent, and the non-magnetized baseline will remain slow until I have it dealt with for real. But it might make the watch more enjoyable for longer stretches of wear between time settings
