I love mine... it's enormous but it just works and doesn't look enormous on wrist.

Could be the case. It's very easily done if you tighten the screws and the pivots aren't located properly in the jewels. I would certainly look on eBay for parts. The 7S26 shares parts with quite a few movements .. the pallet fork being one of them. Its the same pallet fork in the 7005, 7005A, 7009, 7009A, 7019, 7019A, 7S26, 7S26A, 7S26B, 7S35, NH35A and NH36.

Part number is 301.009
