I've seen this movement, but I can only guess it's 1950's or 1960's and Patek Philippe or Unitas names sprung to mind... Tell me, how wrong am I?

Some sort of Longines movement from the 1950s. Maybe even a pocket watch movement that was placed onto a wristwatch strap.
I’d guess it’s at least 65-70 years old… have no clue about the movement though.
At this point I’m just guessing, but, Could it be something militar?

Identified by the vendor on Ebay as being from 1924.A ladies watch.
I love the movement. Bought from Ebay for the princely sum of £35.10. Silver case, and it keeps good time, with a caveat🤣

Have no clue how is the manufactur. If I have to Tage a guess I would say omega
