A beautiful IWC
While at Shrieve & Co today, I saw this in the IWC case. Probably the most beautiful, at least to my eye bronze watch I've ever seen.

For a lark, I put my name down for an OP41 in blue when I got my IWC. That was Dec 28th. I thought it wasn't going to be for much, much longer.

Look, if you wore just one automatic all the time it would be like having it on the winder all the time. I have lots of moon phase watches and change up often. Having to set them is a royal PITA.
Having them on a winder is no more wear than wearing them.
