I’ve purchased a few watches on Chrono24. It’s always gone well. I’ve heard that some people who’ve attempted to buy luxury pieces have regretted it, but as someone who buys affordable I think it works well.
Same as others, I've bought a few watches on there and it has always gone very smoothly.
I've never bought from a private sellers, only dealers.
Buying from a dealer vs. private, I'd think that's a huge distinction. I always hear, 'By the Seller.' And I agree 100% with that. With online reviews today, most serious dealers value a strong & positive reputation.

Exactly. You do pay a little more from dealers, but that's the price for peace of mind. Also, most offer some warranty on vintage watches too, which is worth it for sure.
I bought a $3000 watch off a Japanese dealer on there. Lots of great feedback on the dealer, and Japanese are meticulous with the way they photograph and describe watches. Not to mention, are a culture which really cares for its physical items. So I bought the thing... the money was held by Chrono24 until the parcel reached me a few days later and I indicated all was well. Couldn't have gone any better.
very important. ( as I dont follow directions well,) there are a lot of filters, I dont want to pay customs in the US for a JLC , so you can check only US dealers, and any other place you want, you can choose price points , select the filters, and have a nice time perusing what is available in your area. I have bought 2 (almost 3) also sub2k, have fun
Hi, I just received a Bulova limited edition watch , (350) with a gold , rectangular shape with deco numerals in perfect shape, it is very nice, and half what is going for on regular shops ! (or Bulova per se)

I've bought and sold through Chrono24, had good experiences on both sides, all have been sub 2k transactions.

I've purchased 3 watches from there. The first 2 around 1k, the last around 3k. I've had no regrets.
Bought 2, sold one. No issues…..

I've bought a few pieces from them, always a great experience. The most expensive one, a Seiko Tuna 300, around 2.000 euros.
