A pile of watch boxes!
They are stacked on a book shelf in the home office... that only I really use so I don't see the problem. But she hates it! She wants me to put them in the cupboard under the stairs. But they are a collection on their own! 🤣
What does everyone else do with all their watch boxes??

The have like 3, two are in a drawer, which could just probably be thrown out, they are for a Casio and Seiko 5. The other is a Scametti box that I am keeping for the lulz, that’s on the basement workbench currently
I toss em move of the time since they don’t hold any value unless I was to buy something like a Rolex

Snap, I hunt around the boxes for OEM straps or bracelet links I removed right after purchase!

What I didn't mention is 4 of those watch boxes are actually hers which she would have thrown out but I insisted we should keep them!

Due to watches being lost, stolen (by kids) and given away I have twice as many boxes as watches. That's like being convicted of a crime you've not committed.

Literally made me laugh out loud - the wife looked up from watching Louis Theroux on Netflix and asked "what are you laughing at?"... I didnt bother going into 'watch box gate' and reminding her ro remind me that I need to do something about the "monstrosity in the office" 🤣

I like Ben's Watch Club, and the whole Scametti thing, but Ben's not quite as clever as he thinks he is. Because if he was, he would charge twice as much for the empty box opposed to the one with the actual Scametti watch inside, and he would probably get it.

Maybe you could sell the Weekender to that guy on here that has the Invictaskull watch. He could put the Timex Tell-Tale Heart Thud of Death movement in the I Skull. That would be the Ultimate.

Out of control is underrated. The problem with the world now is that too many want to be in control. You have to do all you can to get away from them. No wonder we collect watches.
