I’ve been patiently waiting for this day but now I have other uses for that money. I guess that’s true of a lot of people and that’s why stock is returning to the shelves.
I even managed to get my wife the pink OP36 she had wanted since it was announced, like three years ago, but that’s my limit for now.
I was reading your story and just thought about, is there a Rolex AD somewhere hidden in a forest that nobody knows and just sells the watch to whoever enters the room 😅👍

Indeed, it seems that most Authorized Dealers typically have the Oyster Perpetuals available in black or silver dials, often paired with a smooth bezel and an oyster bracelet or another less sought-after combination. When I visited my AD today, they also had two such models for sale.

Sorry everyone who got their hopes up. Yes this was an April fools joke. I filled the post with pictures I’ve taken over the years. As some of you eagle eyed Crunchers observed, there are watches in this post that are no longer available. I planted that as a clue to my deception.
