Not my favorite but I use Zwilling steak knives, I usually like to cut the steak before serving and for that I use a deboning knife which just glides through it like butter 😁

Along with watches, I probably have too many knives.😬

There are plenty cool blades out there, its challenging sometimes not to buy them all.😃

My bowie is from miltech, cost me something like 30 bucks, maybe less and it has been withstanding a ferocious beating for years now. I had the edge reground in a more scandinavian fashion for wood batoning, but thats it. Its a real champ, made countless fires with it.😃
