The same G-Shock for nearly 20 years. Only to time intra-set rest periods, never for actually telling the time. I look at the wall clock for that.
As with some others, I don't wear a watch to the gym for the same reason I don't wear one to the Moon.
My gym is in the garage 😂 timex to that!
But to judo dojo/gym: no watch
I wore a G-Shock once. Sweat got under the rubber bezel and I had to clean it.
Now only the great F91-W goes into battle.
gym and shower... the only 2 places where I don't wear a watch...
I wear whatever watch I'm wearing to the gym.
I work out with weights at home, but I usually just wear whatever watch I am wearing. No impact or risk of damage to the watch or to myself, unless I'd be really clumsy.
I like French fries. I do not like the gym.
