Tacticool? ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜Ž Nah, I can't see ๐Ÿ’ฉ

Eh... So I bought this GW-M5610U-1B as an upgrade, I had the dw5600bb before it. The negative display on the dw5600bb was ok, not as good as a positive display but man the display on the gw sucks! Instant regret...

Is there a way of improving the readability?

Negative screens says it all, a big Negative on viewing it.

Yep. Get a positive display. There is nothing more tactical about a negative display in fact quite the opposite. Your better off when you can read the display and a positive is no worse for light discipline than a negative which is the only possible tactical advantage a watch can have.

Yup, and if "requiring" extreme light discipline for some reason, you cut the tube off a sock and wear it over the wrist. Or use a wrist sweat band.

Outside of very niche roles, of which there are definitely some, I love how quiet Hollywood has made a platoon/team/whatever of dudes in full kit running, walking, etc up to an objective.

Sure you do what you can, but if you used vehicles to approach, especially MAT-V's, JERRV's, helps, etc, there's some noise lol...๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿค๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‚.

And yes a team is moderately quiet, but you ain't sneaking up on the bad guys in moccasins. So if the objective has dead leaves, trees/twigs, stupid gravel parking it's not exactly "quiet", even if wearing you're custom Multicam Defcon Vans.. bwahahahaha ๐Ÿ˜.

Not too mention if someone trips/falls...๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜ฌ.

Post standing/guards, snipers, counter-snipers/overwatch, and recon roles, etc excluded tho. #sneakysneaky

Bin the mall ninja and get the version with the positive display.
