Black & Gold or Max Gold?
So I was think from 2024 that I would buy a new watch for every house I purchase as part of my retirement plan.
For my first watch I was thinking of a gold one, it's not a colour I go for, but this particular model just struck a cord with me.
Being from the UK I haven't seen anyone where a brew Watch, and didn't want to order both and take back one due to the shipping costs and taxes etc.
I was wondering what model looks better, the black and gold or the all gold?

I slightly prefer the black dial. I think that’s because it keeps the golden hands and indices.
Go black and gold for the contrast, unless you don't mind having to squint a bit to read the time.
All gold
I’m thinking all gold here. I’ve recently considered one of these quite strongly and opted for a different watch. I do own a Brew but it’s the Retromatic, and I do really enjoy it. These in gold just seem like so much fun.
I slightly prefer the all gold. A color scheme like that can have contrast issues but given the hand design with the black parts I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s easy to read. The texture contrast helps too.
Black and gold… it adds depth to the look that the all gold kinda lacks in my opinion
I like them both but the black and gold has more contrast and that would probably be my choice.
For this model, I'm a black and gold guy.

Had you lived in NYC the owner of Brew would have hand delivered the watch to you on Christmas Eve. I'm serious, the guy was hand delivering watches on Christmas Eve throughout Manhattan.
