If it bugs you, it bugs you, and if it bugs you enough to not wear it, then selling it makes sense. It's really hard to ignore stuff like that for some of us.

Put it away from sight for awhile. Forget about it. When you chance upon it in a year or two, see if you are still bothered (or if you remember the minor issues). Then decide what to do. Until then, have a nice drink and realize that anything ever made by humans will have some form of ‘defect’.

I like JDM models especially with day dates as it has Japanese days instead of say Spanish or french I find the symbols has more feeling .

The mini turtles were plagued with the same issues most of their other divers were unfortunately. My blue SRPC39 I had some years ago had everything you could imagine. The cyclops was off, bezel didnt align, chapter ring was crooked. It was a mess. But despite all its flaws I still miss having it. Can’t remember why I sold it.

It goes to show that you have serious OCD like all of us. 😜😜😜

Not sure if it’s crazy but it’s what I would have done too. But I do crazy things all the time. Worse thing I’ve done is deciding to go from 21 watches to a three watch collection. I sold off most of my collection and actually got the three watches I had picked for this collection. Trouble was along the way not only did I sacrifice to this crazy venture a current model blue aqua tera and a current blue seamaster I picked up a bad Seiko diver habit and still have 17 watches 😂 so at least you are not that crazy.

So you had it and wore it enough for it to be slightly beat up and never noticed a thing until a couple of eagle eyed OCD experts pointed out stuff you never saw and all of a sudden you have to deep six the watch and buy another that, in all probability, will not be much different than the first?
